These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Toodle mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Toodle ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
By accessing or using Toodle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
By downloading, installing, or using Toodle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, you have read and agree to these Terms, and you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

You retain full ownership of the content you create in Toodle (tasks, notes, themes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use your personal task content for advertising or any purpose other than operating the Service.
Toodle is currently in beta. This means:
We are not liable for any loss of data during the beta period, though we take reasonable precautions to prevent it.
The Toodle app, website, logo, design, and all related content are the intellectual property of Toodle and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toodle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Toodle uses third-party services including Google Firebase and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
You may stop using Toodle at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at opjha.builds@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
